We support the Steele field service team with our engineering staff and global warehousing for parts and critical sub-assemblies. These warehouses hold deep inventories of wearing parts, shafts, bearings, switches, gearing and electrical controls — all ready for expedited delivery.

The goal is always to keep the work on-site. For larger projects, such as repairs and rebuilds of shafts and sub-assemblies, we offer in-house repair in our Statesville, North Carolina plant.
As long as you have one of our machines, we’ll support it — no matter how old it is. We have the documentation on every machine we’ve ever made, so we can pull patterns for castings and make them in our Statesville foundry.
