Offset rollers for “heel-grinding”

The center of each roller shaft is offset by four inches from the center of the vertical shaft, producing the famous Incla “heel-grinding” action. Other features for ease of operation and service include:

• Adjustable spiral main scrapers with renewable high chrome iron alloy shoes control tire wear.
• Self-aligning footstep bearing housing contains separate roller thrust and radial bearings
• All ball and roller bearings use superior oil, grease and dirt seals
• Vertical shaft supports large, efficient worm reducer drive.
• Screen plates available in drilled steel or cast high chrome iron alloy
